Unlimited text, phone, video, office visits and house calls, with your own provider, after hours and on weekends: that's uncommon attention worth subscribing to.

We offer significant savings in missed work, childcare, gas, out-of-pocket costs for visits and labs, and best of all...no surprise bills in the mail!

Most importantly we save you TIME. Time for your work, for your family, for your health. Whether at the pharmacy, at the lab, or at your specialist, we are a mere text away for medicine changes, clarifications, or record sharing.

Speed through our fragmented health care system. As the home base for your health, we provide coordination of care, cutting down, and correcting, the unintended mishaps and miscommunications that happen between offices. Our secret is communication. Immediate access by text or phone prevents a lot of unnecessary headaches from getting bigger.

Enjoy being back in the driver's seat. Your health, in your hands.

Yes! We'll be happy to help keep your employees healthy and safe for your workplace. Ask about our company employee group savings!

Employers enjoy adding our service even with an existing health insurance plan in place. They appreciate our affordable predictable rate and the rapid access to minimize loss of productivity at work.

Employees appreciate our lack of copays and deductibles that deter them from accessing their primary care and the easy access to schedule appointments, to ask questions or to get refills. They find it easier to get the care they need when they need it and they use their insurance for higher cost medical expenses such as labs, imaging, specialists, hospitalizations and surgeries.

Got health insurance? Great, now get health care!

We'd love to serve you only if we are a good fit for your financial situation and health needs.

If your circumstances change, cancel your subscription at any time by signing our Cancellation Form . Your subscription and your provider-patient relation will terminate 30 days from your request if your account is in good standing. Any remaining days of your billing cycle will be prorated for your last payment. All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the date of your cancellation. Subscription fees are standard regardless of services used or not used.

Our model of practice allows us to serve a smaller number of patients with more convenience and ongoing access. Requests to re-enroll at a later time are subject to availability and a re-enrollment fee of $199.

Yes! In the COVID era, receiving care at a distance helps limit your exposure. Many acute and chronic conditions can be treated or temporized by a phone or video consultation.

We offer in-person visits in our Austin and San Antonio service areas when safe and appropriate by appointment only.

Patients must reside in Texas to receive care. Patients on travel or who live outside our in-person coverage areas need to see a local provider or urgent care facility when in-person visits are needed.

Life-threatening emergencies always need to be treated in an emergency department. Call 911 if you are having a medical emergency.

Yes! Many companies contract with corporate telemedicine services that provide a "phone tree" of doctors, nurses or other providers. The drawback is that the person answering the call, oftentimes from out of state, is unlikely to know you or be able to to schedule a follow-up.

Enjoy having a provider that knows you, your health, and your values--invested in your well-being for the long term. We remain available for questions about your medications and about your condition. We address problems that come up at the pharmacy, the lab, or at your workplace. We are always happy to help with questions you forgot at your appointment, or that your better-half brought up later.

Our access by telemedicine and house calls save you from unnecessary exposure to COVID19 and other contagious illnesses.

Doctors of Internal Medicine are also known as Doctors for Adults. We're sometimes called Internists, but are not "interns"--those are doctors in training. We complete 3 additional years of training specialized in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of illness in adults of all ages, from teens to the elderly.

We "specialize" in primary care, managing the full spectrum of medical problems from the common to the unusual. We sometimes serve as consultants to other doctors such as surgeons and psychiatrists. We have a reputation for being good at "figuring things out."

When your issue requires more specific knowledge or procedures by a specialist, we recommend options and refer you to the one you choose.
