We offer you convenient same day initial consultation over a televisit and schedule your treatment at your preferred location: your home, your office, or ours.

At our free initial consultation, we’ll review the areas you wish to include in your services and provide you transparent advanced pricing. If you proceed to treatment, we collect a $50 deposit and schedule your appointment. In addition to our office, we offer convenient mobile services to your home or office for an additional fee based on travel distance.

We are currently offering a $25 credit to you and your referred friend on their first service.

You are an adult over the age of 25 with good understanding of your health and how to balance the potential benefits and risks of aesthetics services.

You are not pregnant and will not be pregnant during the time you are receiving aesthetics services.

You do not have suffer from neurological or muscular dysfunction such as peripheral motor neuropathic diseases, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), or neuromuscular junctional disorders (e.g., myasthenia gravis or Lambert-Eaton syndrome).

You are not taking blood thinners. You do not have a history of reacting adversely to neurotoxin (botulinum toxins) or filler (hyaluronic acid or biostimulator) treatments in the past.

You have not been diagnosed with body dysmorphia, an eating disorder, an unstable psychiatric illness such as psychosis, bipolar disorder, phobia of needles, suicidality, or an active uncontrolled illness for which your body is currently under stress.
